Enable and Configure Sales Insights
Set up and configure Sales Insights so that your sales teams can access performance dashboards and analytics.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sales Insights, and then select Sales Insights Setup.
Note High level steps are included here, but see the following sections for more detailed steps. - On the Sales Insights setup page, verify that you have set up Data 360 and connected it to Tableau Next. To complete this process, click Setup.
- Ensure you have installed and deployed the Sales Insights data kit. Data kits support the creation of data stream bundles and include data model customization and relationships.

Install the C360 Semantic model. The C360 semantic data model (SDM) is a unified semantic
model that defines the relationships between sales objects.

- Assign the Sales Insights User permission sets for the admin user. This is the user who needs to configure and deploy Sales Insights.
- Install the Sales Insights app. To start the installation, click Setup.
- Assign user permissions. For users who manage the Sales Insights dashboards, assign the Sales Insights User permission set. For users who need read-only access to the dashboards, assign the Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set. To set up these permissions, click Assign.
