            Set Sales Workspace as the Home Page

            Let your sales team use the Sales Workspace page to track performance, view agent activity, and act on recommendations in one place.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.

            If you use a default home page in Sales or Sales Console apps, it’s replaced with the Sales Workspace page once you complete the setup process. If you use a custom home page, add Sales Workspace components to your home page so your sales team can access Sales Workspace insights.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder and select it.
            2. Open the home page that you want to edit.
            3. Add these components to the page.
              • Agent Completed Tasks
              • Agent Suggestions
              • Workspace Key Metrics
            4. Arrange the components as needed.
            5. Click Save.
            Note
            Note Make sure that the home page where you added the components is assigned to the required apps and user profiles.
