            Turn On Sales Workspace

            Turning on Sales Workspace also turns on Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) and Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI) and assigns admin the Tableau Next Admin permission set.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.
            Note
            Note Make sure that Forecasting in Forecast Settings is turned on before you turn on Sales Workspace.
            1. From the gear menu, select Salesforce Go, and then search for Sales Workspace on the Salesforce Go Home page.
            2. Turn on Sales Workspace.

            Wait for a few seconds to get all actions marked with a green check, then proceed with the next steps.

            Note Data can take up to 12 hours to appear after you set up Data Cloud.
