Important Contextual insights is supported in English only.
Contextual insights are part of the Salesforce Chrome extension. Ask your Salesforce admin
to enable the extension.
Open the extension.
If necessary, click Enable Contextual Insights.
Salesforce examines the active website.
If the company or person on the website matches a Salesforce account, you can view the
details in the Salesforce database. Similarly, if a person on the website matches a
Salesforce contact or lead, you see the details in Salesforce.
If information about a new company or person is found, add it to Salesforce for further
follow-up. Or, create an account, lead, or contact from scratch if you want to follow up.
