Enable and Disable the Salesforce Chrome Extension
Salesforce admins can let users access the Salesforce Chrome extension by turning on
settings in Setup and inviting users to install the extension.

Available in: Starter, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited,
and Developer Editions with Sales Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To enable and disable the Salesforce Chrome extension:

In Setup, enter Sales Cloud Everywhere in the Quick Find box. Then
click Sales Cloud Everywhere.
Find the setting Use Salesforce Across the Web and enable it to use
the Sales Cloud Everywhere Chrome Extension.
Disable the setting to prevent users from accessing the Sales Cloud Chrome
Extension.
Tell your users to install the Sales Cloud Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
The extension prompts users to log in to Salesforce the first time they open the
extension.
