Add a Salesforce Connector To sync data from Salesforce with Salesforce Spiff, add a connector. You can set up connectors for up to five Salesforce orgs.
Updating a Salesforce Connector in Salesforce Spiff After you connect a Salesforce environment to Salesforce spiff, you can swap the connected environment for a different one, such as switching between production or sandbox. Or if you're a new Spiff admin who inherited a Salesforce connector that a different admin previously authenticated, reauthenticate the connector with the same credentials.
Options for Salesforce Synced Objects and Fields in Salesforce Spiff After you set up a Salesforce connector and sync data into Salesforce Spiff, manage the synced objects and fields for better system performance and data coverage. On the Salesforce connector card, click the three dots, and select Synced Objects and Fields.
Archiving Synced Salesforce Records in Salesforce Spiff When you use the Salesforce connector in Salesforce Spiff but records aren't available for syncing in Salesforce, Spiff archives the records. Archived records are soft-deleted and hidden from view, but you can restore them.
