          Manage User Access to a Salesforce Spiff Sandbox

          Control who can access a Spiff sandbox. You can’t access a sandbox with the Spiff mobile app.

          Required Editions

          Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          Available for an additional cost in: Professional Edition with Web Services API Enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage user access to a sandbox:

          A Spiff user role with this permission turned on.

          Sandboxes: Manage

          1. In the parent environment, go to Admin and select Settings.
          2. Under Environments, select Sandboxes.
          3. Next to the sandbox Status field, click the Provide Access icon.
          4. Select which users to give access to the sandbox.
            You can grant access only to users with an active status. Users retain access until you delete the sandbox.
          5. Select the user’s role.
          6. Click Add to Sandbox.
