Reports
Build simplified, custom, and exportable tables of the data that lives within Spiff. Unlike the default statement export, custom reports let you control what data comes out of Spiff. You can choose which fields, calculations, and metrics to include in the report.
For a list of currently created custom reports, click Reports on the Reporting tab.
The Custom Reports tab shows a table of available custom reports. Filter the reports in the list by All Reports or My Reports, which shows only reports created by you.
You can complete these actions for custom reports.
- Preview and customize reports before you export them.
- Add and remove columns.
- Filter reports by plan, team, period, or rep. In an Obligation report, filter by rule.
- Pin, sort, and filter columns.
- Group rows.
- Pivot to aggregate numerical data.
- Share reports with admins and managers.
- Download reports.
Dashboards
Dashboards help admins drive operational excellence within their sales organization. You don’t need to find different report types to download or access the data you want. Instead, you can group all reports that apply to a team or plan into one dashboard for quick access.
To see your dashboards, click Dashboards on the Reporting tab.
- Obligation Reports and Statement Reports
The statement report provides a general overview of your data in Salesforce Spiff. The obligation report shows a more detailed look at specific obligations. You can add any field or calculation shown in a statement or used in Spiff logic to these reports. - Considerations for Creating and Managing Reports in Salesforce Spiff
