            To customize the buttons that appear next to task lists, like the one on the Tasks tab, update the Tasks page layout.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Salesforce Classic, Lightning Experience, and all versions of the Salesforce mobile app
            Available in: All editions except Personal
            User Permissions Needed
            To customize task actions: Customize Application
            1. View the page layout for Tasks.
            2. Drag and drop buttons into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
            3. Click Save.
