          Note
Note Users can connect to only one Google Meet account at a time. We don’t support connecting multiple users to the same Google Meet account. We also don't support connecting a user to the same Google Meet account from multiple Salesforce orgs.
          1. Click Take Me There in the banner. Or, from Personal Settings, enter Video Accounts in the Quick Find box, then select Video Accounts.
          2. Accept the terms of service.
          3. Optionally, add excluded email addresses. Meetings with attendees on the excluded list aren’t recorded.
          4. To connect your account, click Connect.
When connecting to a video account, email addresses with special characters such as the plus sign (+) aren't supported for ECI video call processing. This can result in errors with matching emails and syncing video calls.
          Tip
Tip If you use Einstein Conversation Insights and Google Meet is set up as a recording source, your individual recorded meetings are available in the Video Calls page.
