A wireless connection can work, but a hardwired connection is strongly recommended.
Having a dedicated network for your Dialer calls is best. We recommend having at least 10 kbps per Dialer session available, but having 500 kbps+ per Dialer session is optimal. Limiting the number of applications you have running (especially screen-sharing applications) and your open browser tabs also improves performance.
Also make sure you’re using the most up-to-date Chrome, Firefox, or Edge browser.
A wired USB headset works best. Wireless or mobile phone earbuds will work, but you may experience issues with call quality.
