          • Asset Service Prediction
            Asset Service Prediction (ASP) harnesses the power of predictive analytics to forecast the probability of future work orders based on historical repair data from Salesforce Field Service. ASP delivers actionable insights, enabling technicians to achieve one-and-done service by addressing current and anticipated issues during a single visit. This approach saves on truck rolls, reduces asset downtime, and ultimately enhances customer satisfaction.
          • Track Asset Availability and Reliability in Field Service
            Obtain availability and reliability statistics to measure asset performance, efficiency, and depreciation.
          • Asset Health Score
            The Asset Health Score indicates the overall condition and performance of an asset.
          • Record Asset Downtime in Field Service
            Use the Asset Downtime Periods related list to record details of planned and unplanned downtime.
          • Track Asset Replacements
            When a customer’s asset needs to be replaced or upgraded, track the replacement in Salesforce on asset detail pages.
