with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions. Access to some standard agent actions requires
additional add-on licenses.
Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the
site OR View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the site AND have appropriate role-based site access
To assign permission sets:
Assign Permission Sets AND View Setup and Configuration
To access Data 360 insights and Agentforce troubleshooting features, admins assign specific
permission sets to users based on their roles. Internal staff and Salesforce users require the
Proactive Services For Internal Users permission set to manage service campaigns. Experience
Cloud site users require the Proactive Services For Community User permission set to receive
proactive notifications and access automated resolution paths.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and select
Users.
Select the user record.
In the Permission Set License Assignments list, select Edit
Assignments.
Select ProactiveServicePSL and Agentforce Service
agent.
Click Save.
In the Permission Set Assignments list, select Edit
Assignments.
Select Proactive Services For Internal Users for administrators and
Proactive Services For Community User for site users.
Click Save.
