            Activate or Deactivate Your Bot

            When you’re ready to put your bot to work, activate your bot and welcome your new agent to the team!

            Required Editions

            To build and manage Einstein Bots:

            Customize Application

            OR

            Manage Bots
            1. From any page in the Bot Builder menu, click Activate.
              Activate your bot
              The Activate button changes to Deactivate.
            2. To make changes to your bot, you must first deactivate it. Click Deactivate.
            • Preview Your Bot
              Try out your bot before it’s visible to your customers with Text Preview. Or connect your bot to a Chat channel to preview your bot’s full content.
