            To build and manage Einstein Bots:

            Customize Application

            Modify Metadata

            OR

            Manage Bots
            Note
            Note Variables are specific to the version of the bot in which they’re created.
            1. From the Bot Builder menu, click Variables.

            2. In the Variables list view, click New.
            3. Enter a variable label and API name.
            4. Select the data type of this variable.
            5. Save the variable.
