Asynchronous messaging components include the authentication, form, and payment messaging
components. They’re indicated by the
icon on the dialog step on the Bot
Builder canvas.
Unlike other messaging components, when a bot sends an asynchronous component, the customer doesn’t have to respond to it to continue the conversation. They can return to the component and respond anytime before it times out, or they can end the conversation without responding.
