          Default Keyboard Shortcuts for a Salesforce Console in Salesforce Classic

          These shortcuts are automatically available for a console, and an administrator can customize or turn them off. The shortcuts aren't supported in Lightning components used in Classic Salesforce Consoles.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

          Enter keyboard shortcuts mode Activates keyboard shortcuts in a browser displaying a console. Esc
          Go to the navigation tab Selects the navigation tab. V
          Go to field on tab Selects details on a tab. Shift+S
          Go to the primary tabs Selects the row of primary tabs. P
          Go to the subtabs Selects the row of subtabs on a primary tab. S
          Go to list view Selects the list view. N
          Go to the first list view item Selects the first item on the list view. Shift+F
          Go to header search box Moves the cursor to the header search box. R
          Go to footer

          Moves the cursor to footer components.

          Enter a number from 1 through 9.

          Note
          Note Not supported for Microsoft® Internet Explorer® versions 7 or 8 or for right-to-left languages. If you choose the Macros or Presence component, press Esc to move the cursor to other components.
          F+Right Arrow or Left Arrow+number
          Move left Moves the cursor left. Left Arrow
          Move right Moves the cursor right. Right Arrow
          Move up Moves the cursor up. Up Arrow
          Move down Moves the cursor down. Down Arrow
          Open item in an inactive tab

          Opens the selected item in a new tab without shifting focus.

          Get link to share Opens the Link to Share dialog box on the selected tab. U
          Show keyboard shortcuts Opens an overlay that lists keyboard shortcuts. Shift+K

          Save Saves changes to the selected tab. Ctrl+S
          Hide or show pinned list Toggles the appearance of a pinned list. Shift+N
          Hide or show left sidebar Toggles the appearance of the left sidebar and any of its components (this shortcut only works on the primary tab). Shift+Left Arrow
          Hide or show right sidebar Toggles the appearance of the right sidebar and any of its components (this shortcut only works on the primary tab). Shift+Right Arrow
          Hide or show top sidebar Toggles the appearance of the top sidebar and any of its components (this shortcut only works on the primary tab). Shift+Up Arrow
          Hide or show bottom sidebar Toggles the appearance of the bottom sidebar and any of its components (this shortcut only works on the primary tab). Shift+Down Arrow
