          The Omni-Channel component lets your Lightning console users receive work requests routed through Omni-Channel.

          Required Editions

          Lightning Service Console is available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Service Cloud

          Agents can use the Omni-Channel component in a sidebar layout (recommended) or in the utility-bar footer to set their presence status and accept or decline work depending on their Omni-Channel settings.
