            Identifying Your Service Console Version

            All service console versions are uniformly named Service Console. To identify the version you’re using, observe the app icon.

            Required Editions

            Lightning Service Console is available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Service Cloud
            Service Setup Assistant is available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions in orgs created before Spring '26

            This table shows the app icon associated with each version of the service console.

            In some cases, multiple service console versions are available.
