A highlights panel can include any standard or custom fields that have already been added to a page layout. Each panel can have a minimum of one column of fields and a maximum of four columns. Each column can have one or two fields in top or bottom positions.
When users see a highlights panel, top fields appear in bold and in a larger font than bottom fields. Users can only see fields that they have permission to view—otherwise fields appear blank. When both fields appear blank in a column, the column appears blank.
To display highlights panels in a console, you must turn them on.
