Note Starting with Spring '12, the Self-Service portal isn't available for new
Salesforce orgs. Existing orgs continue to have access to the Self-Service portal.
- From Setup, enter Self-Service Portal in the Quick Find box, then select Settings.
- Make the necessary enhancements to any Self-Service pages. See the following for more information:
Note You cannot create multiple versions of the same Self-Service portal page. However,
you can customize each Self-Service page.

Before you set up your portal, build your public solutions, determine which information to show and collect, and designate your portal's location. - Customize the Self-Service Style Sheet
