Download Conversation Data Using Bulk Export Tool

This is a utility designed for you to download a complete, historical archive of all your conversation data.

Use this tool for tasks that require a full, offline copy of your data, such as fulfilling a legal compliance request, migrating historical data to a new data warehouse, or creating long-term backups for data retention policies.

This tool isn’t for frequent reporting or analysis. A complete export can only be run once every 7 days. This limitation reinforces its purpose as an archival tool, not a regular reporting utility.
