          Create an Alumni Sharing Set

          Create a sharing set for alumni users.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create or update sharing sets: Customize Application
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select Settings.
          2. Under Sharing Sets, click New.
          3. Enter a label for the sharing set, such as Alumni Sharing. Press Tab to automatically fill the Sharing Set Name field.
          4. For Available Profiles, add your alumni profile to the Selected Profiles column.
          5. For Objects, add Account and Person Academic Credential to the Selected Objects column.
          6. Under Configure Access, for Account, click Set Up.
          7. Select these mapping values.
            1. For User, select Contact.Account.
            2. For Target Account, select Id.
            3. For Access Level, select Read/Write.
          8. Click Update.
          9. Under Configure Access, for Person Academic Credential, click Set Up.
          10. Select these mapping values:
            1. For User, select Contact.
            2. For Target Person Academic Credential, select LearnerContact.
            3. For Access Level, select Read Only.
          11. Click Update.
          12. Save your changes.
