Subagent Setup

  • From Setup, in the quick find box, search and select MuleSoft Direct.
  • Enable the Absense Management API app.
  • Provide the required details and proceed to deploy the app. This will create a corresponding named credential.
  • In the quick find box, search and select Named Credentials.
  • Copy the API name for your named credential.
  • To set up the topic, replace placeholder values in the instruction with relevant values:
    • Replace <named_credential_value> with the named credential to connect the Mule application with Workday.
    • Replace <service_process_name> with the service process record ID that you created.
