Employee Enablement Program Reports and Report Types

Prebuilt reports are available for tracking users’ progress toward completing programs and exercises. If you want to create your own Employee Enablement Program reports, several report types (also referred to as pre-designed custom report types) are also available.

Prebuilt Reports

Find prebuilt reports for different Employee Enablement Program types in separate folders. Prebuilt reports track program and exercise completion. User progress data includes users that are assigned to programs and users who have self-enrolled.

Report Types

These report types can be used to create custom reports. These report types are available when you create custom reports. See Build Reports in Lighting Experience.

Employee Enablement Program Report Type Description
Exercise Completion Status by Section Analyze an exercise's completion status based on program sections.
Exercise Completion Status Analyze how long users take to complete an exercise and their completion percentage.
Exercise Completion Status by Days to Complete Analyze an exercise's completion status based on average days to complete.
Exercise Completion by User Analyze how long users are spending on an exercise and the amount of progress they're making.
Program Exercises Analyze data for a program and each of its exercises without returning to the program builder.
Program Overview by User Analyze how different users are progressing towards a program.
Note
Note Employee enablement programs don’t include Feedback Request and Trailhead exercise types.
