You can use either Service Reports or Document Builder to create service documents, but only one of these features can be enabled and in use at a time. If you enable Document Builder, the Service Report button is hidden for users. You can continue to use Service Reports, but we suggest adopting Document Builder to get the most out of your service document experience.
