          Salesforce-SAP SuccessFactors Integration

Keep your employee data accurate and in sync between Salesforce and SAP SuccessFactors. With this integration, you can import employee records, including contact details and manager relationships, and automatically update profiles based on employment status changes. This integration ensures a single, consistent view of your workforce data, streamlining HR and service processes. All employee records are saved in Salesforce, with contact information in Person Accounts and employee details in the Employee object.

          Required Editions

The developer name of the Employee object is Employee2.

Before you enable Salesforce-SAP SuccessFactors integration, you must:

          • Import Employees from SAP SuccessFactors
To import employee details from SAP SuccessFactors to Salesforce, enable the integration feature to establish a connection between the two platforms.
          • Sync Employee Profile by Status with SAP SuccessFactors
Enable the Employee Data Import integration app in your Salesforce org to sync comprehensive employee profiles between SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce. As part of this sync, you can link SAP SuccessFactors employee statuses with their corresponding Salesforce statuses to ensure accurate synchronization. The app also updates other employee details from SAP SuccessFactors, such as end date, reporting manager, and address changes in their Salesforce profiles.
