          Confirm the Role Hierarchy

          Ensure your role hierarchy is properly set so that the right employee’s have access access to other employees data.

          Available in: Enterprise, Professional, and Unlimited Editions with Service Cloud
          Employee management solutions require the Employee Management and Employee User add-on licenses. Using employee management solutions in Government Cloud Plus organizations can send data outside the authorization boundary. Contact your Salesforce account executive for more details.
          User Permissions Needed
          To setup Employee Management solutions: Permissions and licenses associated with the HR Manager or HR agent personas.

          Role hierarchy works together with sharing settings to determine the levels of access users have to your Salesforce data. In most cases, the Salesforce hierarchical roles allow employees access to data of all the users directly below them in the hierarchy.

          To ensure a secure solution, confirm that your role hierarchy is flat, with each HR Service Center persona on a separate level
