Verify the HR Service Center in the Package
When installing HR Service Center, objects and metadata are included in managed and unmanaged packages. Objects and metadata that are included in managed packages can’t be modified or edited.

To see what's in the packages, from Setup, use Quick Find to search for and select
Installed Packages.
You see the packages: HR Service Center and HR Service Center Metadata.
- Click the package name, then click View Components.
