Field Service Intelligence Considerations and Requirements
When you set up Field Service Intelligence, you must have certain settings configured for your org.
Required Editions
Note For Summer ‘24, Data 360, Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud),
and CRM Analytics must be enabled in the same org.
Note Service Cloud is now Agentforce Service. You may see references to Service Cloud in
Salesforce applications and documentation.

Note Field Service Intelligence is available to Service and Data 360 users
only. To use Field Service Intelligence, your org must have the Field Service Intelligence
add-on license. To set up Data 360, see Set Up and Maintain Data 360.
CRM Analytics Requirements
- CRM Analytics Data 360 integration must be enabled.
- The CRM Analytics apps and template functionality included as a part of CRM Analytics is available in English only.
Field Service Intelligence Dashboards Requirements
To view data in the Field Service Intelligence dashboards, you need to have the features associated with the dashboards configured and populated with data. If you configure survey data after installing the Field Service Intelligence app, and you want to see that data in dashboards, follow the instructions below.
- Field Service Intelligence Data Refresh
The Field Service Intelligence dashboards rely on up-to-date data. When you install Field Service Intelligence, set a schedule to refresh the data hourly or daily. The refresh includes running the data transforms and updating the datasets. - Field Service Intelligence Assets
When you install the Service data kit in Data 360, all of the Field Service assets and data mappings are created. When you install Field Service Intelligence, the data transforms run, ingesting Data 360 data and creating the Field Service data model objects for visualization in CRM Analytic dashboards.
