Understand and monitor your active assets. Keep up with your organizational goals for average asset uptime, unscheduled downtime, and SLA compliance for asset services.
Select from the filters to refine your view, and review the high-level statistics. In the charts, you can see total assets, total assets installed, and averages for availability, reliability, and unscheduled downtime. Lastly, drill into details for each asset.

| Availability (%) | Average availability of assets based on the Availability field on the Asset object. |
| Average time between Failures | Average time between failures based on the Average Time Between Failures field on the Asset object. |
| Reliability (%) | Average reliability of assets based on the Reliability field on the Asset object. |
| Mean time to repair | Average time between repairs based on the Average Time Between Repairs field on the Asset object. |
| Unscheduled Downtime | Average unplanned downtime based on the Unscheduled Downtime field on the Asset object. |
| Unscheduled Downtime by product type | You can view the average availability, reliability and unscheduled downtime for each product type. |
| Total assets by status | Total number of assets grouped by status. |
| Total assets by product type | Total number of assets sorted by product type. |
