Service Appointments Dashboard
Understand and monitor service appointment volume across your organization by territory, status, work type, account, priority, and other attributes.
Select from the filters to refine your view, and review the high-level statistics. In the charts, you can see service appointments by time, territory, status, and work type. Lastly, drill into details for each service appointment.

| Total Appointments | Total number of service appointments. |
| Unscheduled | Total number of service appointments in unscheduled status. |
| Scheduled | Total number of service appointments in scheduled status. |
| Average travel time | The estimated travel time from the assigned Resource object for the appointment. |
| Average appointment duration | The average number of minutes it takes to complete a service appointment. |
| First time fix rate* | The percentage of service appointments marked as Complete versus the total number of appointments marked as Completed and Cannot Complete over the specified time period. |
| Due date | Total number of service appointments that are the past due date without any activity or set status. |
| Service appointment by status | Total number of service appointments by status. |
| Service appointment by territory | Total number of service appointments by service territories. |
| Service appointment by work type | Total number of service appointments by work type. |
| Service appointment by time | Total number of service appointments by day, week, month or year based on scheduled start date. |
