| Total work order count | Total number of work orders created in the past 30 days. |
| New work orders | Total number of work orders in new status. |
| Closed work orders | Total number of work orders in closed status. |
| In progress work orders | Total number of work orders in progress. |
| Average response time | The amount of time between when the work order was created and when the service appointment was created and scheduled. |
| Average completion time | The amount of time between when the work order was created and when it was closed. |
| Work order status | Total number of work orders sorted by status. |
| Work order priority | Total number of work orders sorted by priority. |
| Work order by account | Total number of work orders sorted by account. |
| Work order by time | Total number of work orders by day, week, or month based on the created date. |
