          Enable Service Features for Field Service Intelligence

          To install the Field Service Intelligence data kit, you need to enable certain Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud) features, even if they're not currently in use for your operations.

          Note
          Note Service Cloud is now Agentforce Service. You may see references to Service Cloud in Salesforce applications and documentation.
          On the Field Service Intelligence setup page, click Enable for the Enable Service Cloud Features step.

          These features are automatically enabled.
