          Create an Incident

          Create an incident record to track and identify a disruption that involves a large number of customers. Incidents are best suited to resolve wide-spread customer issues that require collaboration from multiple teams.

          Required Editions

          1. From the Service Console, click the dropdown and select Incidents.

          2. Select New.
          3. Enter the information and save your changes.
