          Enable IT Notifications

          Use Salesforce Go to enable and configure notifications for your IT service team and employees.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Unlimited and Enterprise editions with Agentforce IT Service.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Salesforce Go.
          2. In the search box, find and select Notification for Employee Service.
          3. Enable Turn On Notification Service.
          4. Select Configure Preferred Notification Channels.
          5. Click Go to Setup.
          6. Select at least one delivery channel.

            • In-app
            • Slack
            • Microsoft Teams

          After you set up Notifications, predefined notifications appear in the All Notifications list and are set to Active status. From the list, clone or disable active notifications. Also, clone, edit, delete, or activate draft or inactivate notifications.
