            Create and Customize the Agentforce Employee Portal for IT Employees

            Agentforce IT Service uses the Agentic Center template to package pages and components for the IT self-service portal site. The template helps you streamline the setup and implementation of your site.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Unlimited and Enterprise editions with Agentforce IT Service.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and customize an Experience Builder site: Create and Setup Experiences
            1. To create your IT self-service portal site, create an Experience Cloud site and choose the Agentic Center template.
            2. Use Experience Builder to build and customize the site.
            3. To improve the experience for your employees, add the Service Catalog to the navigation menu. See Configure the Navigation Tiles Component.
            4. To give employees access to chat support, set up the Embedded Messaging component for your site.
            5. Publish your site.
