The connected app provides push notifications, geolocation services, and other app settings related to service report generation and app customization. If your team uses mobile devices, open a new incognito or private browser window and download the connected app for Field Service. If you want to use a sandbox, change login.salesforce.com to test.salesforce.com
Apple and Google Maps provide high-level routes and ETAs in the Field Service mobile app. Android users require additional setup to get this functionality.
