- For Date and Time, select the number of relative hours for the current date, or select a date range within the last 30 days and a time period of up to 24 hours.
- Select the required request types and the relevant status.

When you review the report output, pay attention to this information.
- The Start Time (UTC), End Time (UTC), and Duration (in milliseconds) columns refer only to the start time, end time, and duration of a scheduling and optimization request that Field Service initiated. External processes such as data integration that is initiated before the request runs or triggers that are initiated after the request runs aren’t included.
- The Object ID column shows the ID of the object associated with a specific scheduling and optimization request. For example, the ID of a service appointment related to a Schedule request.
- The Optimization Request ID column shows the ID of the optimization request associated with the Resource Schedule Optimization, Global Optimization, and In Day Optimization request types. You can use the ID to retrieve the request and response files of the optimization request. See Access Optimization Request Files.
- The transaction ID column shows the transaction ID that’s automatically generated for the scheduling and optimization request.
- The Error Label column shows the error code of errors that occurred during a scheduling and optimization request run. See Field Service Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization Error Messages.
- The Secondary Operations column indicates whether a scheduling and optimization request triggered secondary operations such as sliding that affect other service appointments. If such operations were triggered, the Details column shows the information related to these operations. The Secondary Operations column shows no information if a scheduling and optimization request fails and in cases related to Appointment Bundling request types.
