Set Up Activity Reports
Configure your Activity Reports settings and learn about its limitations and considerations.
Required Editions

This is a Field Service managed package feature.
Configure Activity Reports
Assign user permissions and enable Activity Reports.
Required Editions

Enable Activity Reports.
- From the App Launcher, find and open the Field Service Admin app, and then click the Field Service Settings tab.
- Click Scheduling | General Logic and enable Generate activity reports and retrieve optimization request files.

- Activity Reports doesn’t support Government Cloud environments.
- The activity reports’ output shows delayed information related to scheduling and optimization requests of up to 1 hour.
- Scheduling and optimization requests that are in progress when you generate an activity report are included in the report’s output but with partial information only. To show all information related to a certain request, generate another report after the request is completed.
- When you enter an activity report’s criteria and select a date range that’s in the future, an error message shows. If you don’t change the date range, the message continues to appear even after the date range is no longer in the future. When you refresh the browser, the error message disappears.
