You can schedule bundle appointments by using any standard scheduling method, such as drag-and-drop scheduling from the Classic Dispatch Console Gantt, schedule actions, Get Candidates, Appointment Booking, or optimization. You can’t schedule individual bundle member service appointments. Instead, you schedule the bundle appointment itself. This is the job that gets scheduled to a resource, with the bundle member service appointments as related entities.
Use the Exclude Bundle Members filter to view only bundle service appointments on the Classic Dispatch Console Gantt. Filtering lets you focus on scheduling bundle appointments without being distracted by bundle member appointments.
