          Use schedule optimization to create an optimal schedule and help comply with service-level agreements while minimizing travel time, overtime, costs, and no-shows.

            Optimize your team’s Field Service schedule for one or more service territories across a specified range of days. You can configure the optimization to run automatically, for example, every night or several times a day, or run it as needed.
          • Optimize Your Schedule from the Field Service Classic Dispatch Console
            Optimize your team’s Field Service schedule by running optimization directly from the Classic Dispatch Console for one or more territories. Use optimization to handle last-minute changes to your schedule. Manual optimization is ideal for handling cancellations, appointments that got dropped from the Gantt and need to be rescheduled, and high-priority last-minute appointments. It’s especially useful when selecting a scheduling policy that uses in-day optimization, which can optimize your schedule in as little as 5 minutes.
