            Available in: Lightning Experience
            The Field Service core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.

            Optimization Request Files lets Salesforce admins quickly retrieve the request and response files of an optimization request. Review the files in a JSON file format to find out what happened to a specific request and to quickly resolve related issues.

            Note Optimization Request Files is available only when you’re using Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization.
