          View Prebuilt Service Reports and Dashboards

          Improve the operational efficiency of your contact center with dashboards and reports. Get insights into cases, view rep and queue performance, and track critical KPIs such as average handle time.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          Before you can access these reports and dashboards, your admin must install them.

          1. Open the Service Console in Lightning Experience.
          2. In the navigation menu, select Reports or Dashboards.
          3. Open the report or dashboard.
            You can find them in the Service Cloud Reports and Service Cloud Dashboards folders.
          4. Select the one you want to view.
            The selected report or dashboard opens, providing you with the relevant data and insights.
