          Resetting Self-Service User Passwords

          If a Self-Service user loses his or her password, you can email a new password to them.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage Self-Service users: Edit Self-Service Users
          To mass manage Self-Service users:

          Manage Self-Service Portal

          AND

          Edit Self-Service Users

          Note
          Note Starting with Spring '12, the Self-Service portal isn't available for new Salesforce orgs. Existing orgs continue to have access to the Self-Service portal.
          1. From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
          2. Select the users whose passwords you want to reset.
          3. Click Reset Password(s).
          4. Click OK.
