In the Salesforce mobile app, reps and supervisors can access core features of Agentforce
Service (formerly Service Cloud) like messaging and Omni Mobile. To schedule appointments and manage
inventory, support teams can use the offline-first Field Service mobile app.
Note Salesforce previously offered a Service Cloud mobile app. As
of December 2019, the Service Cloud mobile app is no longer supported and isn't available for
new users to download in the App Store or Google Play. Instead, use the Salesforce or Field
Service mobile apps.
