Agentforce Service agents intelligently support your customers by processing incoming
cases and autonomously resolving common inquiries. These agents connect to customer channels,
such as enhanced messaging channels, and use Omni-Channel Flow to escalate complex or sensitive
support requests to service reps or other destinations.
The Salesforce Help content for Agentforce Service Agent has moved to Design and Implement Agentforce Agents. Learn more about the
Agentforce Service Agent type and how to create agents that connect to customer channels. You
can still use the default Agentforce Service Agent template to create an agent designed to
resolve common support cases and requests, or you can select from more specialized Agentforce
Service templates to fit your use case.
