Safety Cloud

Safety Cloud includes Health Verification features and functions for confirming event attendees’ COVID-19 health status. Event attendees can use Safety Cloud to submit documentation such as a COVID-19 test report or vaccination record using a digital form. Attendees can also present a QR code for event access.

Use Safety Cloud to:

• Manage attendee registration for in-person events.
• Verify the COVID-19 vaccination or testing status of event attendees, staff, and volunteers.
• Test Vendor Integration to help issue COVID-19 test kits.
• Manage the admission process by integrating test results with a personalized QR code.
• Communicate directly with attendees about changes to admission protocols or possible exposure to COVID-19.
