When an org enables the person account, a PersonAccount record type gets created automatically.
The person account record that gets created automatically uses the PersonAccount record type by default. The name of the record type is tracked on a custom setting and can be modified.
If your org uses the PersonAccount record type for business reasons that are outside of the health verification process, you can create a record type specifically for health verifications on the Person Account object.
