          Add the Einstein Next Best Action Component to the Voice Call Record Page

          Add the component to the record page so that support reps see the Next Best Action recommendation.

          Required Editions

          1. From Setup, enter Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find box, then select Lightning App Builder.
          2. Next to Voice Call Record Page, click Edit.
          3. Add the Einstein Next Best Action component to the page.
          4. In the Strategy Source field, select Flow Builder.
          5. Choose the right strategy that consumes the intelligence signals.
            The Voice Call Record Page has the Next Best Action component.
